BE: Tell us a bit about yourself:
RA: I'm looking into the act of play particularly for Autistic people. My practice stems from my engagement in my own special interests and the want for others to feel comfortable and joyful to engage in their own. This also spans further out to installations and workshops that provide playful joyful engagement with the aim of improving mental health and resisting oppressive systems.

BE: It's so refreshing to see a joyful narrative surrounding art - so often we;re portrayed as the 'starving' or 'struggling'. Speaking of 'struggling', what would you say is your biggest anti burnout tip to avoid struggling with your practice?
RA: Engaging in things that bring you joy without the need for productivity!
