The Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled is a 250 ish page collection of ideas and examples of mindfulness practices you can try out. There's a section on Mindfulnes for parents, babies and children, one for teenagers and even a 6 week course in the middle of the book that you can follow if you like what you're reading.
With a small piece about the science behind mindfulness and how our brains work, this book will help you understand why the ideas that follow might be successful.
